Technology Enabled Learning (TEL) has been an inseparable part of the Teaching and Learning System (TLS) in the 21st Century. The education and training models support contact-mode teaching and learning with the use of technology that leads to a Blended Learning (BL) approach. Most of the instructors who use the BL approach select one or more adaptions/models available as of today. The authors of this manuscript have identified the problem of selecting appropriate BL adaptations/models based on the learners’ requirements. This assessment for requirements is based on aligning the parameters with the characteristics of various models. The authors propose a technique that will identify the parameters and suggest an appropriate blended learning adaptation suitable for a typical learner using an algorithmic approach.

摘要
