Based on digital acquisition, the main objective of this study is to demonstrate the endurance of different proposals for mandibular and cranial reconstruction, as well as the advantages of using 3D printing technology in biomedicine. Using high-resolution thermoplastic 3D printers, the bone was reconstructed and fixed. Finally, each proposal underwent mechanical evaluation, and optical results detecting internal stress were presented as an additional advantage of using thermoplastic materials.
