In this book, the design theories of temperature sensor in deep-submicron CMOS technologies are demonstrated extensively. It describes the current status and challenges of research from the perspective of indicators, applications, and development. The focus is on the research and implementation of temperature sensors based on resistors-based types, starting from the challenges of low-voltage, low-power IoT applications, and the shrinking feature size.
