Cases with Unreliable Neuromonitoring Data
摘要
Intraoperative neuromonitoring is critical to performing safe pediatric spine deformity surgery, but there are some conditions in which baseline somatosensory and motor evoked potentials cannot be obtained or are decreased/lost during surgery. It is therefore imperative for surgeons to know how to proceed when intraoperative neuromonitoring is unreliable.
