Organizing Your Thoughts on Pediatric Spinal Deformity
摘要
Developing a mental rubric approach for pediatric spinal deformity is critical. Classification is the language for communication of disease and pathology. Classifying scoliosis can be done by age and etiology, and multiple classification systems have been developed for various pediatric spinal deformities. It is helpful to have a working knowledge of these classification systems when evaluating and making clinical decisions for patients with scoliosis.
