Measurement is one of the fundamental tasks in the conservation of heritage architecture. However, the complexity of the exterior of most heritages brings great challenges to the measurement of this kind of architecture. Additionally, the interior spaces of some heritage architecture are very narrow. Traditional measurement tools are difficult to access in this kind of space. Therefore, this study will apply the Chinese masonry pagoda as a case to introduce an integrated digital measurement methodology for heritage architecture. This methodology primarily utilizes photogrammetry technology based on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and three-dimensional (3D) scanning technology. This study reviews current measurement technologies to evaluate the limitations of these technologies. After that, it introduces the methods of this integrated methodology and concludes with structure of this integrated methodology. Finally, this study validates the accuracy of the methods in this measurement methodology through comparison experiments. This research will be used to determine the methodology for the measurement of heritage architecture.

摘要
