Preparing organizational members is a mission-critical responsibility of every organizational leader, regardless of the organizational level at which they serve. While those holding supervisory, managerial, or leadership positions have instrumental roles to play, the work of every organization is in reality performed by its people as they enact their various roles and responsibilities.
