Innovation
摘要
This chapter explores the intrinsic relationship between change, innovation, and nonconformity in organizational and societal contexts. It traces innovation’s evolution from economic value creation, as defined by Schumpeter, to its broader role in generating public value. Emphasizing creativity as the foundation of innovation, this chapter highlights the paradox between organizations’ demand for originality and their reinforcement of conformity. It argues that genuine innovation requires risk-taking, experimentation, and the empowerment of constructive nonconformists. Ultimately, fostering an innovation mindset is vital for adaptability, competitiveness, and long-term organizational survival.
