The Good (The Noble Rebel)
摘要
This chapter investigates the “good rebel,” defined as a courageous non-conformist who challenges entrenched systems in pursuit of constructive change. Through examples such as Mandela, Churchill, and Tutu, the analysis reveals how good rebels balance vision, moral conviction, and collaboration, even while facing personal flaws or risks. The discussion distinguishes categories of good rebels—ranging from human rights and environmental activists to organizational innovators—with particular emphasis on innovation rebels. The chapter concludes that sustainable, positive rebellion requires courage, collaboration, and resilience, while avoiding burnout and destructive patterns.
