In this paper, we present a batching technique for oracles corresponding to codewords of a Reed–Solomon code. This protocol is inspired by the round function of the STIR protocol (CRYPTO 2024). Using this oracle batching protocol, we propose a construction of a practically efficient accumulation scheme, which we call BOIL. Our accumulation scheme can be initiated with an arbitrary correlated holographic IOP, leading to a new class of PCD constructions.
