Digital transformation requires human resources who are ready to adapt to technological developments. Corporate culture and knowledge management are two critical factors supporting the level of employees’ digital maturity to remain competitive in the industry 4.0 era. An adaptive organizational culture and structured knowledge management are believed to significantly enhance workforce readiness for digital change. This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate culture and knowledge management on the digital maturity of employees at PT East–West Seed Indonesia. A quantitative survey method was used, involving 222 respondents across departments and positions. Data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with Smart PLS 3. Results showed that corporate culture has a positive and significant effect on digital maturity. Meanwhile, knowledge management has a very strong and significant positive influence. This confirms the importance of knowledge management practices in supporting employee digital readiness. This research has practical implications for PT East–West Seed Indonesia to further develop an innovation-driven culture and enhance the quality of knowledge management processes, thus accelerating sustainable digital transformation.
