Smart Recipe Using Gen-AI with BMI and Vegetables Detection
摘要
People today appear to have hectic schedules, which makes it challenging to follow healthy dietary guidelines. This study introduces a clever recipe generation model that creates recipes using the vegetables that are in stock at home using Generative AI (GenAI). Furthermore, the formula also considers the user's body mass index. Through image analysis, the system is supposed to be able to identify veggies, and BMI data would enable recipe moderation based on nutritional needs. These two capabilities work together to enable the AI to recommend meals while making sure that they don't conflict with the user's health objectives, such as losing weight, staying the same weight, or managing dietary intolerances. Thus, the ultimate result is a system that can facilitate user mealtimes, prevent food from being wasted, and, through meal recommendations, promote healthier eating habits. This exercise illustrates how artificial intelligence (AI) might impact everyday, basic chores like cooking in a way that saves us time while also enhancing our quality of life and promoting healthy habits.
