Nevertheless, various challenges have arisen such as cyber-bullying, ethical dilemmas online, and cyber-crime, highlighting the importance of focusing on spiritual growth for personal development. This chapter aims to present a theoretical framework for addressing the difficult issues encountered in an online setting. The evaluation is carried out via books, conferences, and articles about strategic principles, offering understanding on strategic school management. The result shows that digital facility with stability referring to the appropriate goodness played a significant role in influencing the key elements of the strategic school management process.
