In the context of the ongoing Industry 4.0 and emerging Industry 5.0 revolutions, technological advancements continue to reshape numerous aspects of society and economic activity. In pursuit of improved operational performance, enterprises are increasingly investing in and adopting digital technologies to modernize their production and business processes. This study focuses on three core components that exert significant influence on contemporary organizational efficiency: Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM), and Digital Transformation (DT). The research provides a comprehensive examination of the dynamic interactions among RPA, BPM, and DT, highlighting the ways in which these components mutually reinforce one another to enhance organizational effectiveness. The coordinated integration of all three elements is identified as a strategic approach for improving performance, increasing adaptability, and fostering continuous innovation. This integration also strengthens the synergy between human capabilities and technological systems, supporting the development of flexible and human-centric organizations in line with Industry 5.0 principles. The findings of this study contribute to the existing body of knowledge by deepening theoretical understanding while also offering actionable insights for practitioners seeking to design and implement effective and sustainable digital transformation strategies.
