Pediatric residency is a time of immense professional and personal growth and also one of heightened risk for burnout. This chapter provides a comprehensive framework for supporting pediatric resident well-being by integrating individual, curricular, and systems-level interventions. It explores how fostering meaning in work, cultivating professional identity, and addressing moral distress, imposter phenomenon, and systemic barriers can promote engagement and resilience. Drawing from contemporary research and evidence-based strategies, the chapter outlines best practices for well-being curricula, program- and institution-level support systems, and institutional culture change. It emphasizes that true well-being in residency must go beyond self-care to include structural reforms, inclusive environments, and leadership practices that enable flourishing for all trainees.
