With the generative AI big model gradually moving from the technology base to product application, AI big model capability has been successively integrated into all kinds of major terminals, and the end-side AI application has become a hot spot of attention in the industry. This paper focuses on the actual application of 5 types of end-side AI on the user side, draws on the existing maturity assessment models of various types, and constructs the end-side AI application maturity evaluation index system from the industry, market, and brand dimensions, and implements the evaluation based on the index system and carries out evaluation and analysis. Ultimately, we put forward suggestions for advancing the rapid development of end-side AI applications from four aspects: market cultivation, scenario integration, focus on personalization, and cultivation of explosive applications.
