This chapter yields information on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace in Poland. The analysis uses the results of a quantitative survey conducted in 2022 on a representative sample of medium-sized and large enterprises. The study provides knowledge about how Polish employers perceive diversity, whether they are convinced of its benefits for the company, including economic ones, and what actions they take to implement the diversity policy. The main discussion topics are employers’ perceptions of diversity management and the benefits of diversity. In conclusion, DEI presents a major challenge for Polish employers.
