Purpose The study examines how process-driven thinking and intelligent technologies like AI and Process Mining might improve digital transformation outcomes. Methodology A qualitative research methodology was used, focusing on document analysis of academic literature and specialized studies to create a new conceptual framework that integrates the BPM lifecycle with intelligent technologies for better results. Originality and Value The study introduces a novel conceptual framework that integrates academic ideas and enterprise intelligence technologies to help firms adapt digitally based on process awareness rather than technology and operations.
