Customer Segmentation Using Unsupervised Machine Learning

In modern world with the advancement of tech sector and due to its merging with all the existing sectors it has created a huge change in society. Industries which were once used to rely on the data which they used to extract from various journals and magazines are now using various technologies to get their results. So now, with the usage of technology it has become easier to cater to the needs of their customers, and understand what they want, how much they want, etc. And due to this technological advancement various technologies like machine learning have started to be used by various sectors to gain access to the needs of their customers and understand the patterns accordingly and plan their marketing strategy accordingly to make huge profits. Now the usage of these machine learning algorithms depends upon how accurate they are and how effective can they be in getting the desired results. So this research paper focuses on this only that is to test various machine learning algorithms like K-means, Hierarchical and DBSCAN to check which one is more accurate and effective in segmentation of customers according to the data.
