Clinical Assessment of Hard-to-Heal Wounds: Tools, Evidence, and Multidisciplinary Strategies
摘要
Wound assessment tool (BWAT) has been developed to standardize wound evaluation and monitor healing progress. Beyond clinical inspection, advanced diagnostic modalities have been increasingly incorporated into wound assessment protocols. Techniques such as tissue oxygen measurement (transcutaneous oxygen monitoring), near-infrared spectroscopy, and fluorescence imaging allow clinicians to better understand wound pathophysiology and tailor interventions accordingly.
