Analysis of the Frontier Applications of Intelligent Design in Smart Spaces

With the rapid development of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), the design and construction of smart spaces are gradually becoming an important direction for the digital transformation of urban spaces. In today’s era of rapidly advancing technology, a variety of advanced technologies continue to emerge, injecting strong momentum into the development of smart spaces. AI technology, with its powerful data analysis and processing capabilities, can accurately analyze a large amount of spatial data, providing a scientific basis for the design of smart spaces. IoT technology, by connecting various devices and objects, achieves real-time transmission and interaction of information, providing a solid foundation for the intelligent management of smart spaces. This paper will focus on analyzing the cutting-edge applications and characteristics of intelligent design in smart space design, taking the Vanke Group’s “ONEWO” smart space practice project as an example, to explore the various cutting-edge applications of intelligent design in different scenarios such as residential areas, industrial parks, and social urban areas. By integrating intelligent communication, cloud technology, and user experience service design, the paper analyzes the integrated application of technologies such as AIoT, Business Process as a Service (BPaaS), and digital twins, to build smart space solutions centered on smart communities, smart parks, and smart cities. From the practical operation level of intelligent network layout, digital service platforms, and intelligent equipment maintenance, the paper analyzes the specific applications of intelligent design in smart spaces, discusses its value and significance in enhancing user experience, optimizing resource allocation, improving industrial efficiency, and promoting the progress of social and economic benefits, and reveals how intelligent design reshapes spatial efficiency, promotes the digital development of traditional industries, and achieves the intelligent industrial transformation of future society.
