Shaping Future Mobility: Mapping the European CCAM Stakeholder Ecosystem
摘要
This chapter presents a detailed analysis of the European stakeholder ecosystem for Connected, Cooperative, and Automated Mobility (CCAM), drawing on findings from the FAME project. Using stakeholder mapping and network science methodologies, it uncovers structural features, strategic gaps, and key brokers essential for advancing large-scale CCAM deployment in Europe. The chapter examines stakeholder types, geographic imbalances, thematic clusters, and coordination mechanisms, with particular attention to underrepresented groups such as public transport operators, MaaS providers, and civil society actors, as well as stakeholders from Eastern Europe. It highlights actionable strategies—empowering strategic connectors, activating associations and city networks, aligning national and EU-level initiatives, and bridging research with deployment—to build a more inclusive, integrated, and deployment-ready CCAM ecosystem, setting the stage for future initiatives.
