Data were collected from thirteen respondents who provided insight into model governanceModel governance processes, roles, best practices, successes, and challenges. The results reveal varying degrees of maturity in governance processes and implementation. This paper presents these findings and highlights the need for robust model governanceModel governance practices to realize the potential of MBSEModel Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) in complex systemComplex systems developmentSystem development.
