The production process in the pharmaceutical industry is an important thing to monitor, where the process from beginning to end including the packaging process in the pharmaceutical industry must refer to the guidelines stated in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for drugs. In the last three years there has been an increase in complaints regarding the process of stripping primary packaging, rolls of poly foil cannot be used in the production process, resulting in waste of packaging material and the process becomes ineffective. To improve and analyze the main constraints in the primary packaging stripping production process, an analysis is carried out using the six big losses method and overall equipment effectiveness to find out what the biggest obstacles encountered during the process and how much influence these constraints have on the effective value of the ongoing process. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it was found that three major losses during the process are equipment failure losses, setup and adjustment losses, and idling and minor stops. This big loss affects the effectiveness value which is expressed by the OEE value below the standard set by the world, namely below the 85% mark. Based on analysis of FMEA method to identify the priority issues on stripping process and to increase the effectiveness and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value in the production process, it is necessary to change material specifications and the eyemark’s position on the poly foil roll.

摘要
