摘要
Mobile computing is applied to financial technology services to see its impact on the use of mobile payments in Indonesia. Mobile payment is part of corporate sustainability in the adoption of financial technology. In line with the problem phenomenon, the research objective is to examine factors that can increase the intention to use mobile payments to support sustainable financial technology. The research method was carried out quantitatively by surveying mobile application users and their knowledge of mobile payments in Indonesia. There were 451 respondents who filled out the questionnaire online in Bandung City. The data were processed and analyzed using the SmartPLS tool to test the research model through the PLS algorithm and Bootstrapping stages. There is a hypothesis in this research to determine the research results. The research results show a positive impact of perceived compatibility, perceived benefit, and effort expectancy on the intention to use mobile payment. Perceived compatibility has a greater role in increasing effort expectancy and intention to use mobile payment. Meanwhile, effort expectancy is known to be unable to act as an appropriate mediation to increase the intention to use mobile payments. It is important to study mobile payment behavior in line with research findings to support the corporate sustainability of financial services in Indonesia.
