Sustainable Approach of Supplier Selection in Automotive Industry: A Web-Based AHP-SCOR Model

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, automotive sector face unprecedented challenges especially the Single Agent Brand Holder in Indonesia. Business continuation relies solely in a sustainable product innovation and its supply chain resilience. Therefore, this study focuses on enhancing supplier selection process through a web-based Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) criteria ranking based on Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) approach for process identification and performance evaluation within the supply chain. This method offers holistic approach underscoring significant supply chain efficiency, through relationship between suppliers and risk mitigation plan. Before designing the web-based system, a questionnaire and interview is conducted with experts to find the priority of AHP-SCOR ranking and weights. Therefore, the web-based AHP-SCOR model was designed emphasizing the algorithm of robust selection process. In the case study of Single Agent Brand Holder automotive company, result shown that PT D perform highest among another supplier with total score of 11.20. Whilst PT F has lowest priority score of 4.37 because poor performance across various criteria.
