Sagittal imbalance has a greater effect on the quality of life than coronary deformities. To date, the only treatment method for sagittal imbalance is to provide spinal balance with instrumentation in mobile deformities and osteotomies in rigid deformities. However, in mobile deformities, the deformity can be corrected using a dynamic system without fusion. In patients with poor bone quality or medical problems, the deformity can be corrected in two stages using two-hole screws. This is a simple and effective approach to correct sagittal balance in selected patients.
