The development of non-destructive inspection technologies and Inspection as a Service business model must be designed around data-sharing between manufacturing enterprises and service providers. Blockchain technology allows data sharing between participants to be performed in a data-sharing environment that is decentralized, transparent, and secure, building trust between them. Smart contract technology will define the rules and execution agreements between multiple participants, enhancing data-sharing and collaboration between entities. This paper proposes a smart contract to manage and control the license and the payments on the Marketplace platform for the inspection services provided. The main objective of the current article is to explore Blockchain and smart contracts technologies for data sharing and to deploy Inspection as a Service capabilities based on zero defect strategies. A systematic framework between multiple stakeholders is proposed, and a private Blockchain with smart contracts capabilities is modelled.

摘要
