This study analyzes the gap between the most efficient Project Management technologies identified in the scientific literature and those implemented by a case study company in the Construction sector. Using the PRISMA methodology, a literature review identifies key technologies such as Digital Twins, Building Information Modeling, Artificial Intelligence and Agile methodologies. These findings are then compared to the company’s existing digital ecosystem, revealing gaps in BIM adoption and the absence of AI and Machine Learning for predictive management. While Digital Twins are fully integrated, AI-driven tools remain underutilized. The study concludes that a hybrid project monitoring model, integrating structured frameworks with Agile loops, would enhance Construction project outcomes. Overcoming barriers like the reliance on manual tasks, resistance to change and integration issues is essential to ensure the success of a Construction sector company’s digital transformation.

摘要
