Comparison of Generative AI Tools in Engineering Education: A Practical Approach

This research investigates the application of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance engineering education. It examines how AI facilitates personalized learning through intelligent tutoring systems and adaptive platforms and explores its role in virtual laboratories and curriculum design. Practical applications are demonstrated through an experiential analysis of various AI tools, ranging from general conceptualization platforms to specialized multimedia creation software. The study also explores AI’s capacity to streamline student assessment via digital and handwritten analysis, and rubric generation. The findings highlight AI’s potential to create dynamic and efficient educational frameworks, emphasizing the need for responsible integration to maximize its impact on engineering education.
