Digital transformation and Industry 4.0 have driven the Manufacturing-as-a-Service (MaaS) model, which converts production processes into collaborative services within distributed networks, ensuring that key constraints such as quality, cost and delivery times are met. In this environment, the interaction between consumers and providers through digital platforms can lead to complex and inefficient negotiation processes. This study proposes a structured methodological approach as a starting point for the future development of autonomous negotiation systems in MaaS scenarios. The proposal offers a preliminary theoretical and technical basis for designing intelligent agents based on artificial intelligence, capable of representing and negotiating on behalf of the different actors. The objective is to contribute to the efficient automation of negotiation processes in distributed manufacturing environments, anticipating adaptable and scalable solutions for dynamic supply chains.

摘要
