This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review to analyze the available scientific information regarding FDI linked to sustainability, focusing on the specific case of Europe2. The study follows Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology to select and analyze 11 relevant articles3. The results highlight the influence of digitalization, institutional quality, and sectoral policies on the sustainability of FDI4.
