The emergence of Industry 4.0 has brought about a paradigm shift in the field of ergonomics, developing advanced technologies such as Motion Capture technologies. These technologies enable proactive interventions, real-time monitoring, and predictive analysis, creating safer and more efficient industrial environments. The aim of the work is to analyze the risks of postures, movements and stresses in the work environment of five specific workstations in order to help prevent musculoskeletal disorders according to gender. The results are limited by the small sample size, however, they show that we can identify which movements and body parts in a workplace present the highest level of risk by gender. In addition, they have allowed us to contrast that there are differences in high-risk behavior according to the workplace and the movement performed. The success of the results suggests further experimentation in practice in order to obtain results with a higher level of significance.

摘要
