This final chapter is a reflection on the analysis. We return to the CPE framework and reflect on the structural, agential, discursive, and social-technological selectivities which have shaped the evolution of community college leadership imaginaries. Based on the analysis, we conclude that current leadership practices did not have to be the way they are. They are not immutable features of the natural world. They are imagined. Going forward, leadership can and should be reimagined.

This final chapter is a reflection on the analysis.
