AI-Enabled Digital Creative Design and Communication of Zhuxian Town Woodblock New Year Prints
摘要
With the rise of digital and intelligent technologies, the preservation and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) face both opportunities and challenges. Focusing on Zhuxian Town Woodblock New Year Prints—renowned for their artistic and cultural value—this study addresses issues of generational discontinuity and aesthetic disconnection through an AI-enabled framework spanning input, processing, and output. High-precision morphological and texture data are acquired via structured-light and laser hybrid scanning; style transfer and generative enhancement are achieved using CycleGAN, StyleGAN2, and diffusion models; multi-format adaptation (glTF, USDZ) and rendering optimization (Three.js) enable immersive, cross-platform displays. A “Dynamic Communication Matrix” integrates outputs into short videos, virtual exhibitions, and interactive games, creating a closed loop of creation–communication–feedback. Experiments show AI assistance boosts pattern creation efficiency by ~300% while preserving traditional artistry and enhancing visual appeal and engagement. The framework offers a replicable pathway for the living transmission of Zhuxian Town prints and a scalable model for global ICH in the digital–intelligent era.
