According to the statistics from the five batches of the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage (the fourth batch was renamed the “National Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage"), there are currently 1,557 national-level intangible cultural heritage representative projects, categorized into ten major categories. Based on the project data retrieved through statistical analysis, the main categories of intangible cultural heritage related to ceramics include traditional fine arts and traditional crafts, such as “Jingdezhen Handmade Porcelain Making Techniques” and “Yixing Purple Clay Pottery Making Techniques,” among over 60 others. This study systematically reviews and reflects on the progress of research on ceramic-related intangible cultural heritage in China over the past two decades. Through analysis, it aims to explore the development process and future research directions in this field, reflect on some issues encountered during the research process, and provide a richer theoretical foundation for future studies. In recent years, artificial intelligence technologies have begun to transform the research and preservation of ceramic intangible cultural heritage, offering new methodologies for digital archiving, knowledge extraction, and interactive presentation. This paper also examines how AI applications are creating new opportunities for the living inheritance and innovative development of traditional ceramic crafts. It is also necessary to include ceramic items that are not included in the Intangible Cultural Heritage List.

摘要
