Achieving “zero-carbon” construction in revolutionary areas is a crucial component of sustainable development and climate action. This paper explores key technologies that enable carbon–neutral construction, including renewable energy integration, energy storage, advanced building materials, and smart energy management systems. By examining case studies and pilot projects, we assess the feasibility and impact of these technologies in rural and historically significant regions. The research highlights the potential for zero-carbon initiatives to drive economic development while preserving cultural heritage. Recommendations for policy support, technology deployment, and community engagement are also provided.
