We report on the investigation of nonlinear absorption and spatial self-phase-modulation in CdSiP2 crystal under high repetition-rate femtosecond pulse irradiation with Gaussian beam-profile, enabling generation of high-power deep-IR radiation in the 6–7 μm wavelength range.

摘要

We report on the investigation of nonlinear absorption and spatial self-phase-modulation in CdSiP2 crystal under high repetition-rate femtosecond pulse irradiation with Gaussian beam-profile, enabling generation of high-power deep-IR radiation in the 6–7 μm wavelength range.
