We present single-shot sensing, extended field of view, and extended depth of field advances in Mueller matrix microscopy. These enable real-time, all-in-focus imaging of whole-slide biological samples. Validation experiments are presented.

摘要

We present single-shot sensing, extended field of view, and extended depth of field advances in Mueller matrix microscopy. These enable real-time, all-in-focus imaging of whole-slide biological samples. Validation experiments are presented.
