The Optimal Design and Analysis of a Two-Terminal Hydraulic System with a Rectifier
摘要
To reduce the effect on characteristics of a two-terminal system caused by spikes, a two-terminal water-powered framework with a rectifier is proposed in this manufactured. After the establishment of the mathematical model for the system, a prototype of this system is designed and manufactured. Key parameters of this system are identified by experiments. The precision of these parameters is confirmed by the strong correlation between the real force and the theoretical force determined by the mathematical model. Another set of key parameters for this system is identified without a rectifier to further verify the proposed design. The smaller NRMS errors under different sinusoidal inputs indicate higher accuracy of parameter identification with the rectifier.
