Blockchain technology is a transformative force, poised to fundamentally reshape industries through its decentralized, transparent, and immutable ledger system. However, its integration into mainstream business is impeded by significant technical, organizational, and legal hurdles. This paper provides a doctrinal analysis of the complex regulatory landscape surrounding blockchain. It investigates the primary challenges hindering adoption, such as technical scalability, the ambiguous legal status of smart contracts, and conflicts with data privacy mandates like the GDPR. The analysis also highlights the critical advantages of regulation in establishing trust, mitigating systemic risks, providing legal certainty, and promoting fair competition. The paper concludes that an adaptive and collaborative regulatory approach is essential to balance innovation with stability, enabling blockchain to achieve its full potential.

摘要
