摘要
The rise of digital technology has made mobile banking incredibly popular in Indonesia, especially in Java Island. However, this convenience comes with increased cybersecurity risks like data theft, phishing, and malware. To combat these threats, understanding cybersecurity is crucial for preventing them. The purpose of this study is to determine how many users understand and are aware of how to protect themselves from cyber threats. This study uses quantitative methods to identify the relationship between cybersecurity knowledge and awareness and cybersecurity protective behavior among active mobile banking users in Java Island. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 385 people in six provinces—Jakarta, Banten, West Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, and East Java. Data analysis was performed using SPSS with multiple hierarchical regression to determine the direct and indirect effects of the variables. The purpose of this analysis was to provide an overview of the components that influence user protection behavior in mobile banking services.
