The introspection on the “Effectiveness of Training and Development among SMEs in Bahrain” has been reviewed on the basis of the following problems such as effectiveness of training and development among SMEs; and contributory factors influencing the entrepreneurs’ performance of SMEs. The study followed a descriptive research design employing the use of survey questionnaire. It also used a non-probabilistic purposive sample design with a sample of 382 respondents both stores and non-store entrepreneurs under SMEs. Data and information were gathered and tested through aids of statistical tools using descriptive for means and inferential statistics for t-test. As a result, all indicators relevant to training and development among SMEs such as induction training, in-service training, and advancement training were found effective and all other factors such as education and training, management and organization, and motivational fuse, influencing entrepreneurs’ performance among SMEs in Bahrain were said to be contributive based on the findings of study.
