Organizational Climate and Leadership Style in Honda Motorcycle Dealership: A Case Study at PT. Kemakmuran Jaya Mulia, Serang: Banten

This study delves into the Organizational Climate and Leadership Style prevalent at the Honda Motorcycle Dealer PT. Kemakmuran Jaya Mulia. The primary objective was to thoroughly analyze these critical aspects. To achieve this, in-depth interviews were conducted with the Branch Manager (BM), referred to as RR, and three Marketing Heads (MH) who report directly to him. The findings indicate that RR is an exceptionally effective leader. His success stems from his remarkable ability to adapt his leadership style to various situations, fostering a highly positive organizational climate within PT. Kemakmuran Jaya Mulia. This positive environment is a direct result of the specific approaches and treatments he has implemented throughout the company. Furthermore, the analysis reveals that RR’s leadership approach is best characterized as Adaptive Leadership, seamlessly integrating elements of both Transformational Leadership and Authentic Leadership. This unique blend allows him to inspire, motivate, and genuinely connect with his team, ultimately contributing to the company’s flourishing atmosphere.
