The digital era brings both challenges and opportunities for telecom operators. PT Telkom Indonesia therefore introduced DigiReview inside Telkom Enterprise to digitise procurement and service-quality processes. Guided by the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Information System Success Model (ISSM), this study examines how System, Information and Service Quality shape Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEoU), users’ continuance intentions and actual usage. Questionnaires were distributed to 344 employees and analysed with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). All constructs met validity and reliability requirements. Results show that Information and Service Quality enhance Usage Behaviour indirectly along two parallel routes: (1) via PU → Continuance Intention and (2) via PEoU → Continuance Intention. System Quality affects usage only through the PEoU pathway and is not significant through PU. At a perceptual level, Information and Service Quality raise both PU and PEoU, whereas System Quality influences only PEoU. PU and PEoU then bolster Continuance Intention, which strongly drives actual use.

摘要
