-Nowadays there is a daily increase in traffic congestion in India’s metropolitan areas, and managing the traffic with human labour is becoming increasingly challenging. This issue can be resolved by implementing an intelligent traffic control system that uses image processing techniques. By extracting information from the testing model’s image sequences, real-time information can be used to create a database that contains captured images of things like traffic jams, accidents, foggy areas, traffic signals, and other situations where there is no traffic jam. The trained model has been then processed, and by comparing the new and trained images, with the help of this literature survey the traffic jam can be easily determined. It made possible to perform traffic analysis using image processing technology. Consequently, traffic lights can be used to manage traffic and save time in gridlock by converting traffic to roadways without congestion. But real-time traffic system has been analysed more efficiently using the CNN algorithm.
