摘要

This chapter presents successful case studies where local and national authorities have formulated and successfully executed these measures. Norway and China stand out as having the most favorable policy environments for electric vehicle (EV) adoption. Our findings indicate that each country has a particular set of policies, each with its own advantages and disadvantages regarding the implementation of specific measures. There is no universally ideal policy combination to ensure the effective decarbonization of the transport sector. The effective coordination between policies, financial incentives, and infrastructure development is driving the adoption rate of electric vehicles.
