The Role of HR Analytics in Enhancing Talent Management: Insights from Bangalore’s IT Industry
摘要
The purpose of study is to evaluate the impact of HR analytics on talent management practices in select IT companies in Bengaluru City. It specifically focuses on key factors influencing the adoption and application of HR analytics, including data availability, organizational readiness, leadership support, and employee skills. A stratified random sampling method is employed to select a representative sample of 276 IT employees across various levels and functions within the organizations. The research examines how these factors contribute to the effectiveness of talent management practices, such as recruitment, training, performance management, and retention strategies within the IT sector. The statistical tools used for analysis are a reliability test to assess the consistency of the measurement instrument; Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) to explore underlying patterns and relationships between the variables, and Multiple Linear Regression to evaluate the impact of the key predictors on talent management outcomes. This research highlights the need for IT companies to formulate robust data governance, leadership-driven analytics strategies, and workforce up skilling policies. This research provides context-specific insights into HR analytics adoption within Bengaluru’s ITs companies, connecting leadership support, digital maturity, and talent management outcomes. Future studies should focus on multi-city samples and explore the long-term impact of AI-driven HR analytics on organizational performance.
