Organizations worldwide are increasingly using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in supply chain management. AI research in green supply chains has gained increasing attention from scholars and practitioners in recent years. However, there is a scarcity of empirical research on the benefits of AI in supply chain integration and its impact on economic and environmental performance. The paper expanded organizational information processing theory by integrating artificial intelligence and placing digital learning as a moderator of green supply chain operations to rectify this inadequacy. A conceptual model was created and confirmed using regression-based structural equation modeling on a dataset of 454 persons with expertise in logistics, information technology, management business, and international business. The research uses structural equation modeling with regression in this study methods. Our research shows that the use of AI significantly impacts the incorporation of eco-friendly practices and the cooperation across sustainable supply chains. Moreover, there is a notable relationship between environmental process integration and green supply chain collaboration in terms of sharing environmental information and knowledge throughout supply chain operations. The study highlights that cooperation in green supply chains and environmental process integration significantly impact environmental performance. Moreover, cooperation within environmentally friendly supply chains has a notable impact on economic productivity. The findings show that green digital learning has a significant role in moderating the connection between artificial intelligence and green supply chain collaboration. However, the study did not find green digital learning to be a moderating element in the relationship between artificial intelligence and environmental process integration.

摘要
