This chapter presents the results and analysis of the evaluations conducted to assess the integration of generative AI (GenAI) in the master’s courses M562 and M563. Building on the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework, the evaluations measured the short-term and medium-term impacts of the GenAI intervention across four outcome aspects: knowledge, confidence, application, and awareness. The immediate evaluation focused on students in M562 at the end of the course, while the follow-up evaluation drew upon responses from a different cohort enrolled in M563 several months after course completion. This two-phase design provides complementary insights into how students’ knowledge, confidence, application, and awareness appeared at different stages of similar interventions. By combining quantitative results with qualitative reflections, this chapter offers evidence to support peers in reusing or adapting the evaluation approach for comparable educational contexts.
